We pick up your cushions and awnings in the fall, clean them properly, store them dry through the Connecticut winter, and drop them back off at the start of the season.
2 · Deep clean
Fabrics are washed with marine-grade cleaners, treated for mildew and salt-air staining, then re-proofed for water and UV resistance and fully dried.
3 · Climate-safe storage
Everything is inventoried, tagged to your address, and stored in our dry, rodent-protected facility all winter — no garage or basement space needed.
4 · Spring drop-off
Come spring we deliver everything back clean and ready, re-hang awning covers, and re-tension and function-test motorized units.

- When should I book pickup?
- Most clients book late September through early November. Book early — cold-snap weeks fill up fast.
- Do you clean cushions you did not sell me?
- Yes. We clean and store cushions, umbrellas, and awning fabric from any brand or installer.
- What if a cushion is torn?
- We photograph anything damaged, quote repair or replacement fabric, and only proceed once you approve.
- Cleaning only, no storage?
- Absolutely — we can clean and return everything within about a week. Ask for our clean-and-return option when you request a quote.
